Trent and Maddie carry the vision for The Victory Co, but they are not carrying it by themselves. Surrounding them is a growing group of men who bring governance, wisdom, influence, generosity, prayer, and personal relationship to the mission.
These teams each play a different role in helping The Victory Co move forward with strength, wisdom, and integrity.

The Board provides oversight and helps steward The Victory Co for the long term.
They help govern finances, plan for the future, evaluate opportunities, and establish the next steps needed to responsibly grow the organization and its impact.
Trent serves as a non-voting member of the Board, providing vision and organizational leadership while the Board provides independent oversight and accountability.

They are professionals who have built businesses, led ministries, and demonstrated faithfulness in their own areas of influence. They bring their experience, perspective, questions, and wisdom to Trent and Maddie as they pursue the vision for The Victory Co.

The Legacy Team is a group of men who have committed themselves to helping accelerate the mission of The Victory Co.
They leverage their relationships, businesses, influence, and personal circles to help open doors and raise the resources necessary to build this ministry.
There are currently 3 men anchoring the Legacy Team. Together, they help hold the ship steady while creating the momentum and financial foundation needed for The Victory Co to reach more people.

For more than six years, Trent has had a personal prayer team walking alongside him.
These are men who know Trent personally and intimately. They have walked with him through seasons of growth, challenge, leadership, and transformation. They pray for Trent, Maddie, their family, and the mission of The Victory Co.
They provide something no strategy, organization, or business plan can replace: people who know the man behind the mission and faithfully stand with him in prayer.
