Victory Co in Churches
Victory Co Church Partnership

Purpose: Victory Co comes alongside a local church to establish, train, and strengthen a sustainable freedom ministry that helps men move from sexual brokenness and immorality toward freedom, faithfulness, and restored leadership.
What the church receives
1. Ministry Implementation
Introduce the Victory Co framework to the church
Help leadership determine how Victory Co fits within their existing discipleship structure
Establish the pathway from awareness → enrollment → Freedom Training → coaching/community → multiplication
Help launch the first group
2. Team Building
Identify potential coaches and leaders
Train the initial Victory Co team
Establish clear roles and expectations
Help leaders learn how to facilitate the process rather than simply provide accountability
Develop a multiplication pathway for future coaches
3. Monthly Leadership Coaching
One monthly leadership call with the church's Victory Co team
Review participation, challenges, wins, and sticking points
Coach leaders through difficult situations
Keep the ministry aligned with the Victory Co process
4. Program Training
Train coaches in the Victory Co methodology
Provide the core training/resources
Teach coaches how to use the tools without becoming dependent on Trent
Help the church adapt implementation to its culture while protecting the integrity of the process
5. Ministry Launch & Growth
Help the church develop an ongoing rhythm for recruiting men
Equip leaders to communicate the ministry effectively
Help create a sustainable pipeline of participants and coaches
Periodically assess whether the ministry is actually producing the intended outcomes
What makes it "fractional"
The key is that I am not becoming a pastor or employee.
I provide the system, training, leadership development, and strategic oversight.
The church provides:
A local champion
Coaches
Meeting space
Participant recruitment
Pastoral oversight
Day-to-day relationships with participants
The Next Step
If your church is ready to build a sustainable ministry that helps men find freedom from sexual brokenness, the next step is simple: start a conversation with Victory Co.
We will sit down with your leadership, learn about your church, understand what you already have in place, and determine what it would look like to bring Victory Co into your church. From there, we can build a simple plan to train your first team, launch the ministry, and begin walking men toward freedom.
If you want to explore what this could look like in your church:
The Vision
We believe the local church should not have to watch men and women struggle with sexual brokenness from a distance. Churches can be equipped to walk men and women into freedom. Our vision is to see churches across the country develop healthy, trained leaders who know how to help men face reality, renew their minds with truth, engage the real world with a new faith and identity, and live empowered by God. Victory Co exists to give the local church a proven pathway, train the people who will carry it, and help establish ministries that can continue multiplying long after we leave.
We want to see a free, faithful, and peaceful future become possible for one more man, one more family, and one more church at a time.
